OBJECTIVE
Train workers for safe operation on machines and equipment, covering the theoretical and practical stages, in order to allow adequate operator qualification for safe work, according to the programmatic content established in annex II of the NR 12.
PROGRAM CONTENT
Description and identification of the risks associated with each machine and equipment and the specific protections against each one;
Protection operation; how and why they should be used;
How and under what circumstances a protection can be removed, and by whom, being in most cases, only inspection or maintenance personnel;
What to do. For example, contact the supervisor, if a protection has been damaged or its function has been lost, failing to ensure adequate safety;
The principles of safety when using the machine or equipment;
Safety for mechanical, electrical and other risks that are relevant;
Safe working method;
Work permission;
Machine and equipment operation blocking system during inspection, cleaning, lubrication and maintenance operations.
