When registering a machine you can set deadlines, responsible people, and delegate activities to each involved in the implementation stages of Regulatory Standard NR 12. In addition, the software allows the launch of cost estimates for each implementation phase.

The main files and information related to the safety of each machine or equipment (risk assessment, ART, manuals, diagrams, procedures, etc.) can be attached to the software in the Control Panel.

Absystem works on web servers, cloud computing technology, SSL encryption, and daily backup of the entire structure, allowing you to access it with just a few taps (through a QR code reader installed on your smartphone, for example), all information and files related to the safety of your machines.

Abportal is a management software developed exclusively for manufacturers and importers of machinery and equipment. It allows them to quickly register the machines and equipment that are sold, register customers, news, and customize the system with company logo and colors.

Through a dynamic and intuitive interface, it is possible to upload the files and documentation that are provided with the machines, eliminating the need for printing and also concentrating all the information in one place.

It is also possible to upload videos with instructions for use or operating tutorials, avoiding recurring contacts from customers for questions.

In the marketing panel, it is possible to quickly communicate machine launches or events that will be promoted by the company to customers, and the technical assistance panel allows the management of all calls opened by them.

The abportal also has a module for ordering spare parts or technical assistance services. Customers simply fill out a form to order parts or services, adding value and increasing the sale of parts and after-sales services.
